ENAMEL PRODUCTS CARE AND CLEANING TIPS
Enamelled table service and cooking products will serve you and your family for many years with the vitality and healthy structure of the first day if the necessary care is taken and the cleaning is done correctly.
Enamelled products, which are the representative of health and purity in kitchens and tables, are the first products in terms of healthy nutrition and the importance of protecting our health.
Things to be done for the care of enamelled products.
- Enamel is the glass coated on top of steel. Although they have a healthy and unique structure, since they are glass, cracks may occur as a result of hard impact. For this reason, in order to protect the surface of the product, you can put a felt or paper towel between the enamelled products and protect the product during the stacking phase.
- Do not hit the edge of the spoon, which has sometimes become a reflex during the cooking process, to drop the food grains into the pan or pot. This may damage your product.
- Enamel is suitable for all types of cookers. However, it is not recommended for microwave use and open picnic fire use. Since the enamelled glassy surface will heat up very quickly, it will burn in uncontrolled fire and lose its enamel feature.
- It is not possible to repair if the enamel is cracked or deformed from any part. However, you can reach the underlying steel by spraying a small amount of oil on the deformed part and rubbing it hard with a hard towel or similar cloth and you can continue to use it with regular cleaning.
If this deformation is in the inner areas and glassy particles will carry the risk of rupture during food contact, it should be much more careful and, if necessary, its use as a kitchen or service product should be discontinued.
- Enamelled cookware is easy to clean and retains its gloss for a long time.
- If they are cleaned and maintained using the right cleaning equipment and cleaning products, they will keep their place in the kitchen and on the table for many years.
